First KYC: submitted Wednesday morning, approved Thursday, so about a day. Proof of address was a bank statement, accepted with no fuss.
First ACH redemption was 100 SC and landed in 3 business days. I keep a little spreadsheet on this stuff now. What I've noticed methodically across a few sites is that the FIRST one is always the slowest because of verification, and everything after speeds up a lot once you're a known account. So don't judge a site purely on attempt number one.
